Baltimore Wedding Planner

The Baltimore Basilica & The Belvedere Spring Wedding | Maryland Wedding Coordinator

When it comes to gorgeous architecture and history, the Basilica and The Belvedere have you covered. We love these two locations so much and were honored to work there so often in 2018. We loved the design and details the couple paired with all of their fun locations throughout the day.

Starting at Hotel Monaco, the gals and guys got ready and prepared for the first look to take place on the classic steps within the hotel. Talk about a dream location! After the first look, the couple, bridal party and families were off to Johns Hopkins University, which was a special place for everyone.

The ceremony took place at the Baltimore Basilica which was the perfect church for this beautiful and traditional ceremony. After a heartfelt ceremony, the party kicked off at The Belvedere. We can't express how much we LOVE this venue! It's the perfect Baltimore location with a stunning view from each window, beautiful details throughout every room and floor, and an amazing ballroom with the perfect size dance floor.

Samreen & Chaz | Coradetti Glassblowing Studio Wedding | Maryland Wedding Planner

When I first met with Samreen & Chaz I could tell how excited they were to plan a wedding reception to spend an evening with their closest family and friends. They had a beautiful traditional ceremony the week before, and wanted a night to celebrate that union. We were honored they had asked us to be a part of it!

These two are off the charts adorable, their friends and family were so much fun, and the venue was incredible. I loved all of their ideas for decor and had a great time pulling everything together for the full design. With the help of Jes Smith Designs there were stunning paper goods and even agate place cards, then the flowers by Steelcut Flower Co were absolutely stunning and a perfect fit.

We had the chance to work with Anna Schmidt Photography for the first time and had a blast. Thank you, Anna for these beautiful photos.

Jon & Irene | Baltimore Wedding | Maryland Wedding Planner

Jon & Irene are one of the most touching, stylish and kind couples I have met. I have known Jon since high school, (Go Eastern Tech!) which is also where he met Irene. The two were back and forth between dating and once they ended up together Jon was sure to plan the most incredible proposal on a beach in Greece with their family surrounding them.

Their wedding day was emotional, inviting and beautiful in so many ways. They made sure to thank friends and family several times throughout the evening, reminding everyone it was as much their celebration of love as it was for Jon & Irene themselves.

Baltimore lived it up along with them with fireworks over Federal Hill, beautiful bistro lights hung among the American Visionary Art Museum, and an after-party at Bookmakers.

Thank you, Jon & Irene for giving us the honor of being your wedding planners. We wish both of you a lifetime full of happiness and good music :)

Personalize Your Wedding: Signature Drinks

Are you planning on having a signature drink at your wedding? Instead of finding a random drink that simply sounds cool, why not take a few minutes and think of something that truly means something to you and your fiancé? We have a few reasons you should think about adding these drinks to your wedding planning to-do list, and also some suggestions on finding the perfect option!

personalize_your_wedding_signature_drink_ideas

Why should you have signature drinks?

- Signature drinks are a great way to incorporate your theme, ideal wedding atmosphere and personality.

- Bar lines will be a bit shorter because these drinks can sometimes be made in bulk.

- If the thought of an open bar seems a bit too expensive, you could limit the number of liquor beverages by having two signature drink options.

- Guests can save the process of thinking about what to order when you have already made a choice for them.

How to choose your signature drink:

Do you have a go-to drink that all of your friends know about? Your signature drink can be just that!

What colors are you using throughout your wedding? Is there a yummy drink that ends up being that color?

Do you have a favorite place with a drink named after it? Something like a Manhattan or Long Island Ice Tea?

Is there a special drink made where you are from? This is a great way to give a nod to your hometown!

Where are you going on your honeymoon? Somewhere tropical is a great excuse to offer a Mai Tai or Margarita

Options are endless for your signature drink! Do you have any ideas to add?
